CLAIRE'S AT THE MUSEUM Long Beach Museum of Art, 2300 E. Ocean Blvd., 439-2119. Bluff top, indoor and outdoor dining with fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island and the Queen Mary. Serving limited breakfast and full lunch weekdays, full breakfast and lunch on weekends. COACH'S 1025 PCH, Seal Beach, 431-5266. Hearty lunches and dinners are featured at Coach's in the Seal Beach Shopping Center. There are three big-screens, 29 TVs and a satellite antenna for sports watchers. Open Tuesdays-Sundays at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. on Mondays. $

COFFEE CUP CAFE 3734 E. Fourth St., 433-3292. Healthy to hearty are your options at this Fourth Street eatery. E.J. MALLOY'S 3411 E. Broadway, 433-3769; 4306 Atlantic Ave., 424-5000; 5506 E. Britton Dr.,  594-8771. E.J. Malloy's is a pub with attributes of the original 1920s restaurant, along with a secluded patio surrounded by ivy-covered walls. Specialties include corn-fed beef, chicken and fish. HARBOR HOUSE CAFE 16341 PCH, Sunset Beach, 592-5404. The biggest omelettes you've ever seen are at the Harbor House across PCH from Peter's Landing. They've got 29 different kinds of omelettes, in addition to great lunches and dinners. Open 24 hours a day. $

JOHN'S PHILLY GRILLE 550 PCH, Seal Beach, 493-8678. John's has - you guessed it - the best cheesesteaks, hoagies and burgers around. The crusty Italian-type rolls are made fresh daily, and the steak-cut fries are the thickest around. Lunch, dinner daily. $
