Shared Science Robo-Tech Fest Long Beach 2021
Robo-Tech Fest is open to the public and designed for family members of all ages, with hourly workshops that are often free or very low cost thanks to sponsorship support from the Port of Long Beach. Workshop topics often include marine-based activities, recycling and how the port impacts our local waters, as well as early engineering, robotics, and physical science.
Robo-Tech Fest is a unique Long Beach Science-Tech-Engineering-Mathematics event held annually that invites school-aged youth, pre-K to high schoolers, and their families to experience exciting hands-on STEM workshops and activities. This year’s in-person workshops will be hosted at a few different locations across LB to support smaller group gatherings. Online workshops via YouTube and Zoom connections are also available for attendees to safely participate. All onsite/in-person activities follow safe COVID-19 Response Protocols.
