Long Beach State is hosting a two day online conference on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 14 and 15.
The event invites LBSU staff, students and alumni — as well as Long Beach residents — to tune in to learn about non-traditional approaches to what might be our technological future by 2030.
The experience is meant to be interactive and collaborative, meaning all participants can build on someone else's idea, or groups can create a brand new idea by themselves, and then share it with the rest of the Imagine Beach 2030 participants. And since the event is happening online, anyone can access and participate.
"You are in a world where your VR learning experiences can be leveraged in an ecosystem of innovation," a release said. "Now what? Imagine #BEACH2030."
