Ceviche Mercado, a beautiful dish of seafood bathed in Leche de Tigre (tigers milk) which is a Peruvian term meaning citrus 🍋marinade.

Tallarines Verdes, a Peruvian pesto🌿 that doesn’t disappoint. So creamy, cheesy and nutty! 🙈

Jalea, a generous plate of lightly battered seafood 🍤🐟🦑 on a bed of seasoned lettuce and topped with salsa criolla (red onion relish)

Ok this is a special one called the Causa Sampler. Causa refers to the yellow potato🥔 and rellena which means stuffing. Each highlights a different type of seafood. Trust me!!
