Located at 4040 Atlantic Ave. (near Carson Street), the center is more than just a bank branch with savings accounts and home loans. It has private rooms for customers wanting to do some business, and is a “Hispanic financial center” where there is an emphasis on a bilingual customer experience. Wachovia also tried to incorporate some “green building” practices such as recycled building materials and low-flow toilets. There are now 32 Wachovia locations in Los Angeles County, 173 in the state and 3,300 nationwide. |
